Field Research & Solution Validation In this project, I took a deep-dive research approach by visiting various Citraland Surabaya facilities, from sports centers to multi-purpose halls. As the Researcher, I interviewed operational staff and visitors to map out real-world bottlenecks in manual ticketing systems. I transformed these insights into digital solutions that addressed specific on-site needs, ensuring the system effectively solved data transparency and efficiency challenges.

Multi-Platform Ecosystem Design As the UI/UX Designer, I engineered an integrated dual-system: a web-based platform for admin management and an iOS app for end-users. I led the creation of a unified Design System across iOS, iPadOS, and macOS to ensure consistent and familiar navigation. My primary focus was creating a seamless ticket purchasing flow for residents and an intuitive multi-role dashboard for admins to monitor facility activity in real-time. This project stands as more than just a visual prototype; it is a scalable blueprint for efficient township management.
